Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping costs: Free on all our products.
- Delivery country: France
- The order cutoff time is 7:00 PM, Central European Time.
- Delivery time: 4 to 8 days (excluding weekends and holidays), including 1 to 2 business days for preparing your order and 3 to 6 business days for shipping.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after the product receipt date, if the item is not used and is in its original condition, and we will refund you the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@domoner.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis, but do our best to find a satisfactory solution. Please refer to our return and refund policy.
Delivery delay or other issues:
If you have not received your order within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@domoner.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We will proceed with a full refund if your order does not reach you within 30 days.
