Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from domoner.com within 30 days of delivery. Upon successful return, we offer a full refund to your original payment method or store credit. You have three options:
- Exchange for a different size or color of the same item.
- Return for a refund if the product doesn’t meet your expectations.
- Replace a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges are limited to switching the size or color of the same product model. Exchanging for a different product is not available; instead, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchange processing may take 10 to 15 business days. Tracking information will be provided to keep you updated.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We accept returns for:
- Unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
- Lightly used or opened products.
- Submit your exchange request via our contact form.
- Ship the item to the return address provided.
- Upon receiving the item (in original packaging and unused condition), we’ll issue a coupon code for you to order the new size or color.
By default, refunds are issued as store credit. To receive a refund to your original payment method, please specify this in your return request via the contact form.
- Promotional codes or gift cards are non-refundable and will not be reissued.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items Due to Shipping

- If the product is confirmed faulty, we’ll provide instructions to return it for a replacement.
- Replacements are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless an alternative is requested in advance through our support team.
Exchanges

How to Return an Item
To ensure a smooth return:

- Include a Note: Specify the reason for the return and your preferred action (e.g., refund or exchange).
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- High-Value Items: For items over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
